Refund Policy All tickets are non-refundable. If, however, a flight is cancelled by New England Air Transport due to weather or other conditions, prepaid passengers will receive a credit toward another flight, subject to seat availability, which must be used within one year of the date of initial purchase. Passengers who need to cancel their flight plans may apply any prepaid fare toward future travel within one year of the date of initial purchase at the prevailing fare at the time of rebooking, provided they cancel their initial flight plans at least 48 hours before their initial departure.
